1. Wardrobe & Styling

• Lighting: Use natural sunlight streaming in from a window at an angle.

• Shadow Play: Position yourself so a triangular patch of sunlight creates an artistic contrast on the wall.

3. Props

• Bouquet of sunflowers, held gently close to the chest.

• No extra distractions — keep the setting minimal for a poetic feel.

4. Pose & Expression

• Sitting gracefully on the floor, legs draped softly to the side.

• Holding the bouquet in both arms, gently leaning toward it.
